The preparation of food is far from a revolutionary act. From neighbourhoods to kitchens we've long built ourselves daily rituals around food. Along the way we might’ve lost touch with some of it’s realness but we’re coming back around; to the fields & the farmers & the seasons. Eating botanically is the undercurrent of my cooking. It needn’t be thought of as restrictive or stern rather it’s time worn and simple. A celebration of the garden. It’s a mindful approach to one’s plate and appetite. Of all the series this is where you’ll find the most of myself.
